Refund Policy

This policy applies to all courses purchased from Qatar AI Institute ("AI2Q", "we") through ai2qatar.com.

"The course starts" means the date of the first live session of your course intake, as confirmed to you by email when you enrol.

If we cancel or reschedule a course

If we cancel a course, or move its start date and the new date doesn't work for you, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer to another intake or another course of equal price.

How to request a refund

Email info@ai2qatar.com from the email address you used to pay, and include your name and the course you bought. The date we receive your email is the date we use to work out which row of the table above applies.

We'll confirm your request within 5 business days.

How you're refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal. Course prices are shown in Qatari riyals and charged by PayPal in US dollars, so we refund the US-dollar amount you paid. Any currency conversion differences or fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control. Once PayPal has processed the refund, it can take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
