Overview
The Applied Innovation Center (AIC) was established by Egypt's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in April 2020 and is the delivery engine of Egypt's National AI Strategy.
It builds AI solutions for national priorities in healthcare, agriculture, transport and digital identity, and has developed automatic speech transcription used in the judicial system and NLP for the Egyptian Arabic dialect. It also trains professionals in AI, big data and robotics.
